BLUFF HOUSE
Incredible stay at Bluff House. The villa was beautiful and had everything we could possibly want, from lots of beautiful crockery to plenty of places to sit and enjoy the spectacular views. Simon, Izzy and their team were so helpful and made our stay very relaxing and smooth.
I recommend it so highly. Really hope to be back one day!

I don't know where to start to say how beautiful and perfect this villa is. We have stayed in other villas in Antigua, but Bluff House surpasses these in every respect - space, comfort, style, taste, housekeeping - and in particular location, both in terms of the fabulous view over English Harbour and ease of getting everywhere. Also, it's out of the wind which really matters, and we had glorious days around the pool and bar. It's literally a 5-minute walk into the town, with lovely Pigeon Beach just a trot down the hill and all so accessible. When you arrive, you will be blown away, and heartbroken when you leave, so in short, it's fabulous and we couldn't recommend it highly enough.

Having stayed at Pink House previously, we stayed at Bluff House, Garden House and Pink House with our wedding party for our wedding in November and it was PERFECT.
The panoramic views are incredible and really set this house apart. The huge wrap around terrace is the perfect place to sit and enjoy a morning coffee watching the sunrise, or to watch the boats coming into the harbour. The property is stocked with everything you could need for a big group when it comes to tables, chairs, crockery etc (we comfortably had 26 for dinner!). The house is in an enviable location - just a short stroll into town for breakfast, lunch, drinks and essential supplies (5mins), in one direction, or the same distance the other way to the gorgeous Pigeon Point Beach for a sea swim. Having multiple properties on the same site, each with their own private space and pool, works fantastically for large multigenerational groups or gatherings like ours - enough communal space for everyone to mingle but your own private space to retreat to when you need some downtime.Â

Bluff House is an amazing place to stay, the views are stunning, and the house is spacious and wonderfully equipped. We all particularly enjoyed the outside seating spaces on the terrace and by the pool. Bluff House was the perfect location for our family ages 1-60 to enjoy time together and have a memorable vacation. Easy access to Pigeon Beach was a highlight for our grandchildren. We feel very lucky to have found Bluff House!

Phenomenal! Probably the best private rental in Antigua. Very tastefully decorated, all the amenities you could want, wonderful views over the harbour and sunsets, this is an unbeatable place. Only one sad moment...leaving!

THE GARDEN HOUSE
An amazing house and location, so peaceful yet only a few minutes’ walk to the beach or restaurants. The views were incredible. The house is extremely well designed to take in the breathtaking views from the pool or large patio. The large barbecue was perfect and could be positioned to cook and look out across the vista. All the furniture and fittings are of extremely high quality. We will absolutely be returning.Â

My family and I recently spent two weeks at the beautiful Garden House. We had an amazing holiday and are already planning a return trip!
The house is in the most perfect location just a few minutes’ walk from stunning Pigeon Point beach one way and English Harbour Town the other. The views are incredible and on a clear day you could see Montserrat in the distance. There is so much to do in the local area. We hired a car and travelled around the island.
The Garden House was perfect for our family of four, including 2 teenage sons. We really can't rate the whole experience highly enough. We can't wait to return.
THE PINK HOUSE
We have stayed here now 2 years in a row and absolutely love it, it's perfectly located, a few minutes’ walk from Pigeon Beach and Catherines Cafe and a short hop into English Harbour and everything this has to offer. The villa itself has an amazing view over Falmouth Harbour and everything you could need is there. Pristine cleanliness, absolute comfort and gorgeous environment, you couldn't ask for more...! Next year will be our 3rd consecutive stay at the Pink House in English Harbour. We love it so much that we booked again for next year before we left!
It’s a the most stunning spot with amazing views overlooking the harbour. Stylishly decorated in vibrant colours by the owners Izzy and Simon James and wonderfully hosted by Claire.
The bedrooms are spacious, light and airy with extremely comfortable beds dressed with beautiful linen.
Fully equipped kitchen and delightful outdoor seating areas from where to enjoy spectacular sunsets over the bay.
Great location and although private and peaceful, turn right and there’s 5 minute walk into the town where there is a whole host of cool bars, restaurants, shops and facilities. Turn left and you are on Catherine’s beach for fantastic snorkelling and superb beach bar.
I thoroughly recommend this wonderful property and guarantee a most pleasing stay!Â

I cannot say enough amazing things about this home, the owners or the house’s management team!!! Our original vacation got derailed by hurricane Melissa but our family was still determined to have our Caribbean vacation. We found this property and reached out to the owner Izzy who stepped away from a wedding she was attending to help us book. We had everything all settled within three hours of reaching out!
Nathan and Clare, who manage the home, greeted us at arrival with the basics so we didn’t need to immediately go to the market. They were incredibly friendly and helpful with a wealth of knowledge of where to eat, best beaches, great activities and directions to anything you could possibly need. Communication with them throughout our stay was easy and prompt.
The Pink house is part of a 3-house compound. It’s stunning, clean, well maintained and most importantly, stocked with all the necessities (towels, soap, shampoo, kitchen supplies, garbage bags & so on). The house’s location is great. A 5-minute walk in one direction you’ll find yourself at pigeon beach or in the other you’ll be in the heart of English Harbour. The best part, however, is the view. Lounging in the infinity pool you get a breath-taking view of the harbour.
If you’re going to Antigua and want a safe, beautiful, clean, 10/10 vacation rental. THE PINK HOUSE IS IT!! Don’t miss the opportunity.
