FAQs

Taxis From the Airport

Plenty of taxis at the airport but they will need to know the directions which we will provide.  It is better for you to use one of our drivers (payable locally) to bring you to the house and then hire a car from English Harbour when you need one.

Car Hire

We recommend Titi Rent-a-car and Big’s Car Rental – both just down the lane.

Directions From Airport

These will be provided once booked. We are about 35 mins from the airport.

How Far From a Beach

It’s a short stroll (5 mins) down the lane to Pigeon Beach.

What’s Included

Towels, hairdryers, soaps etc.

What Currency - US$ and EC$

Most restaurants etc take credit cards.

Cash or Card

You will need cash to pay any drivers and the US$5 pp pn local accommodation tax (aged 5 and under exempt), other than that, see above.

Babies and Children

We can provide cots and highchairs with advance notice.  We also know of a good babysitter.

Food and Drink

We are lucky to have plenty of excellent food shops, delicatessens and wine shops. We are also happy to provision the house for you so that you arrive to a full fridge.
