This bright, spacious sitting area is designed for both comfort and socializing. With three generous three-seater sofas plus additional comfortable armchairs, you will find plenty of seating for family gatherings or groups of friends.
Well-stocked with books and games and a smart TV, it is the perfect place to relax, read or enjoy an afternoon of entertainment.
Ceiling fans circulate the cool breeze, ensuring comfort throughout the day.
With fibre optic broadband available, the antique desk in the main hall provides a practical space for those who may need to stay connected or work whilst enjoying their Caribbean escape.
The Palm Suite
The Palm Suite offers our largest bedroom with an exceptional en-suite bathroom, elegant dark wood furnishings and a stately super-king bed with fine white linen. Its own secluded seating area outside has outstanding views over the super yachts in Falmouth Marina. This bedroom suite is at the far end of Bluff House, offering the most privacy.

This soft pink guest bedroom is spacious enough to accommodate three beds. The twin beds can be made up as a super king and there is an additional single bed too, making it versatile for families or groups. The Shell Studio
Tucked away for ultimate privacy on the villa's lower level, The Shell Studio is a serene and sunlit retreat. Expansive glass doors open onto your own large private balcony, framing breathtaking views of Falmouth Harbour. Inside, a sumptuous super king bed promises deep relaxation, while a plush double sofa bed offers extra space for lounging or additional guests. The studio features an en-suite bedroom, well-equipped kitchenette and an inviting outdoor relaxation area with rattan double sun lounger and table and chairs - perfect for morning coffe or sunset cocktails. Elegant, spacious and completely self-contained, The Shell Studio offers the perfect blend of seclusion and comfort in paradise.

Bluff House’s stunning outdoor pool terrace has breathtaking views over the sea and surrounding hills. The large pool is complemented by an adjacent spa pool for the ultimate in relaxation. The spacious tiled deck is lined with plenty of sun loungers, perfect for soaking up the Caribbean sunshine.

You will find several options to choose from. The wide covered balcony wraps around the property, offering constantly changing views and benefitting from cooling Trade Winds.
The main balcony area offers a large teak dining table with comfortable teak dining chairs and a Neptune sectional rattan sofa to relax before and after dinner. Just off the kitchen, this is the most popular and convenient area in which to sit down and enjoy a meal whilst enjoying panoramic views over the Harbour.
